3 easy work wear outfits when you’re feeling lazy or running late
Mornings usually don’t go as planned. Maybe your alarm didn’t go off, or you pressed the snooze button too many times and now you are running late. On other days you may have had a late night, and now feel sleep deprived and lazy. However, most of us are not able to take a day off and therefore have to get to work. Here are 3 outfits that will get you through those lazy days, but still make you look professional and comfortable.
A shirt dress with a loose blazer – A soft cotton loose fitting shirt dress will feel like you’re wearing your cotton night shirt. Pair this with a long line blazer in a neutral shade, such as beige, tan, mustard or nude. As for shoes, choose a pair of block heeled Mary Janes. These will give you height and refinement, which is needed for the office.
Office worthy elastic waist pants – Wearing a pair of sweatpants to work is a no no, but a pair of wide leg drawstring trousers are a great substitute. Choose one with structure, pockets and a luxe weave. Pair your pants with a cashmere sweater that is comfortable yet looks expensive. To finish off your look, slip on a pair of suede flats in a dark shade.
A dressed up jumpsuit – A jumpsuit is an easy wardrobe essential that can be worn to the office. To make your jumpsuit office friendly wear a pair of kitten heel pumps.
